Foil Fun!

I warmed up and deepened the base color, added a mixture of mostly fine but a few chunky highlights, finished with a cut and style for an overall different look for her.

When I first met her... her hair was soo long and soo beautiful. I haven't seen her for awhile... and soon enough I found out why. Apparently she took a visit to her home country and they had attempted to perm her hair. Her beautiful hair had turned into this melted brassy tangled up cactus. She was so embarrassed to show me... I told her she shouldn't have been and all I wanted to do was help. Unfortunately I had no choice but to cut it off. Trying to keep it as long as I could, the 1st cut was a layered look somewhere past the shoulders. For round 2... more comfortable and more daring she showed me a photo of a cut above the shoulders. We colored, highlighted and cut... this is it!

My Personal Hair Model.... My Husband...

This guy HAS to be my most difficult client... AND! I'm married to him! These pictures don't even come close to covering all the hairstyles he's rocked over the 15 years that I've known him. He changes his hair as often as he changes his clothes... but he keeps me on my toes!

My Brother Aleks...Anime Style!

My family Lives in Ontario, and I live in BC. The last time this boy had a haircut was in December 2008. He insisted to wait for his sister to cut it. We went to the mall and night market and he kept pointing out anime asian style haircuts... I did my best.... Taken Summer 09.

Pampering my Mommy
